Junction Triangle

Besides the Metro and Shoppers that are to go in on the NW corner of Dupont and Lansdowne is anyone aware of the other development happening North of the railway tracks? There is an existing GE building on Powerhouse Rd that doesn't seem to be on the chopping block, will that building along with the current Sales Center(for the phases of town homes) be used for shops? We were told the area was to be filled with shops/restaurants akin to Liberty Village...is that pie in the sky or will some of these historic buildings on site be utilized for those types of projects?
