The Toronto Police have a Traffic safety / enforcement survey up on their website:

What sort of traffic safety concerns do you have in our neighbourhood?
A few that I can think of are:
- Motorists speeding on Bloor St. between Lansdowne and Dundas, and on Dupont St. around the railway underpass at Dundas/Annette.
- Motorists ignoring the crosswalk on Dupont at Perth
- Traffic congestion, idling, and distracted drivers around Perth Ave. on school mornings
- People parking their cars and trucks on sidewalks
