For those who were debating about developers the one thing we fail to always see are the people who resided in the area before...so good on Castlepoint for doing what they are planning to do but like all developers(including Falus) they affect people in other ways...so before we start championing Castlepoint and others gentrifying comes with its benefits and drawbacks...and yes, the area certainly needs a change but those who truly took a risk to be here(and yes you can say they came because of low rent and ample space) truly the ones any developer doesn't really worry about are the artists...
