"A new espresso bar opened up on Wallace...northeast side a few storefronts east of the travel agent. I believe it is called WE but there is no visible signage. You will see some chairs out front. Nice little spot. Very good espresso and very friendly people."

Wallace Espresso

I haven't been there yet (hope to check it out soon), but it's at the NE corner of Wallace and Lansdowne. I updated the original post here with the address and a couple of links.
