Could be interesting for anyone who is interested in the re-development of industrial lands, such as the ones that border our neighbourhood. Sometimes it can be a controversial issue, i.e. most people don't like living next to heavy industry, but we also need places to work close to home. And are condos the best use for re-zoned industrial lands?
