Event on Wallace Ave bridge, Saturday, June 7th 10-5

Hey everyone,

I am new to this forum and actually live just on the west side of the bridge so I guess I am not officially part of the Junction Triangle, but I am very interested in bringing the communities on either side of the bridge closer together.

As part of this effort I am planning an event for Saturday June 7th at and around the Wallace Ave pedestrian bridge. The event is called "Buzz on the Bridge" and is part of the 100in1day Citizen driven festival (http://100in1day.ca/toronto/) that is happening across the city (and across Canada) on that day. Details for the event are below or you can check out the intervention on the website (and several other in the area).

I have a little organizing committee going and I would love to include more people from the Junction Triangle if possible, also would like to promote the event more over there if I can. so If you want to get involved or have any questions or comments, let me know.

Buzz on the bridge

Cool idea! I would gladly help promote via the web (here), Twitter, Facebook, etc. I may not be able to make it though, so I can't commit much more.

Should I add this to the site calendar yet, or do you want to waituntil details are sorted out?

Cheers,
Vic
