Proposal

Proposed are seventy-two, 3-storey townhouses with one parking space incorporated into each townhouse and eight visitor parking spaces. A Preliminary Report providing background information at will be available online at the City of Toronto's website for the August 12, 2014 Toronto & East York Community Council meeting. I am new to this forum and actually live just on the west side of the bridge so I guess I am not officially part of the Junction Triangle, but I am very interested in bringing the communities on either side of the bridge closer together.

BOW Yard Sale 2014

The Brownstones on Wallace townhomes are planning a spring yard sale for Saturday May 31st, 2014 (Rain day Sunday June 1st), from 9am to 1pm. All neighbours are welcome to participate in buying, selling and/or trading anything they choose. Those selling need to bring their own table (BYOT).

Will be held in the Elsie Lane Courtyard/Parkette, slightly south of Wallace on Elsie Lane. See attached for more info.
